Lubbock Heart Surgery professionals are providers on a wide variety of insurance plans in order to address the financial aspect of your health care. If your insurance plan is not on the list below please call our office to speak to a representative about your situation. We are continually expanding the list of insurance plans for which we are providers.

Even if your insurance plan is on the list below please confirm with your insurance that we are providers on your plan and you are covered for the procedures we provide. These confirmations are ultimately the patient's responsibility.

Insurance co-pays and/or deductibles are collected during your office visit and/or are billed via monthly statement. Patient balances may be paid by cash, check, or money order. We also accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Limited financial counseling is available upon request.
