Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our physicians and clinical staff see patients by appointment. However, if you need to see or talk to someone in our office please call 800-658-9507 or 806-792-8185 and someone will help you get the assistance you need as soon as possible.
If calling after hours, our answering service will get emergency messages to our on-call physician who will help you. Our answering service will forward all non-emergent messages to our office the next business morning where they will be routed to the appropriate person to address your needs.

Also, if you have an appointment you cannot keep please call us and let us know so we can get you rescheduled as quickly and efficiently as possible.
