For over 30 years Lubbock Heart Surgery, also known as Southwestern Cardiovascular Surgical Associates, has provided premier cardiac, thoracic, and peripheral vascular surgery services to Lubbock and the surrounding areas. Our physicians and support staff are unwavering in their commitment to provide the highest quality patient care through exceptional skill and cutting-edge technology.
Possessing excellent training and experience, our board certified physicians continue to elevate their skills and the level of surgical care in the region by being thoroughly trained in state-of-the-art procedures such as the Maze procedure for atrial fibrillation and Transmyocardial Revascularization for advanced coronary artery disease. Such procedures allow us to provide the best and safest patient care possible while minimizing patient recovery time.
To best serve our patients we are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for patient care at Covenant Health System (www.covenanthealth.org), Lubbock Heart Hospital (www.lubbockhearthospital.com), and/or University Medical System (www.teamumc.org).
